Prices and payment methods
Product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) and Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations. Accepted payment methods are listed on the dedicated page of the website and include secure gateways such as PayPal, Mercado Pago, bank transfer, credit cards and other available systems. Payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are described on the Shipping page. Customers may request local pickup at our premises or arrange delivery through a courier service of their choice, subject to prior agreement.

Right of withdrawal and returns
The conditions related to the right of withdrawal and returns are detailed on the Right of Withdrawal page. Unless otherwise specified, customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

Warranty and limitation of liability
All Prismart Illuminazione products are covered by a legal warranty. The warranty period is 24 months for purchases made by private consumers and 12 months for purchases invoiced to companies or professionals. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, tampering, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear. In any case, Prismart Illuminazione’s liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, graphics and layout, is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, use or distribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
