Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and volume of the package. On selected occasions, Prismart Illuminazione may offer free shipping promotions.

Delivery areas
We ship throughout Mexico. For international deliveries or special destinations, we kindly ask you to contact us before placing your order in order to receive a customized shipping quote.

Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered:

• In-stock products: estimated delivery between 3 and 7 business days.
• Custom-made or made-to-order products: estimated delivery between 15 and 30 business days. You will receive dedicated updates throughout the production and shipping process.

Shipping process
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number and the name of the courier (DHL, GLS or other carriers). You will be able to monitor the shipment status at any time.

Local pickup
Products can be collected directly at our premises by prior arrangement via email, phone or WhatsApp at (+52) 333 131 5195.

Customer-selected courier service
Upon request, customers may arrange shipment through a courier service of their choice. In this case, please inform us at the time of order so that shipping details can be coordinated accordingly.

Delivery issues, delays or address changes
In case of delivery delays, shipping issues or if you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at prismart.illuminazione@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at (+52) 333 131 5195. Once the package has been shipped, address changes will no longer be possible.
